Requirements

  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with 3–5 years in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or customer success enablement.
  • B2B SaaS experience is strongly preferred; cybersecurity domain experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building signal- or trigger-based upsell campaigns.
  • Experience managing customer-driven content projects like case studies and videos.
  • Proficiency with Marketo marketing automation platform.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with customer success/PLG tooling (e.g., Gainsight, Pocus).
  • Familiarity working with AI-driven workflows and automated nurture sequences.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and perform data-driven decision making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Experience managing programs independently and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the post-purchase customer journey from onboarding through expansion.
  • Run and scale the GRR campaign portfolio, including webinars, product demos, and retention trackers.
  • Partner with Sales and CS to execute signal-based upsell campaigns and reduce churn via proactive intervention.
  • Manage a comprehensive reference engine including case studies, testimonials, and peer review programs.
  • Launch and lead user groups, customer forums, and annual customer conferences.
  • Provide sales and CS teams with customer-centric collateral, ROI artifacts, and enablement toolkits.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing on release communications and feedback loops.
  • Automate trigger detection and nurture workflows using marketing AI and customer success platforms.
  • Monitor key metrics including GRR, NRR, NPS, and pipeline conversion, reporting weekly to leadership.
