Requirements
- 5+ years of retail sales experience, including 3+ years directly supporting Whole Foods Market and working with UNFI.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets through cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional strategic and analytical acumen, including experience with data-driven selling.
- Strong Digital expertise with expert knowledge of the WFM/Amazon Digital ecosystem.
- Strong expertise in managing trade budgets and optimizing promotional strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, written/oral communication and executive-level presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Outlook, Slack, and AI tools.
- Ability to manage/update digital content for existing and new items on .com sites.
- Residency in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Director of Sales and National Account Manager to achieve gross and net sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute the Whole Foods Market Joint Business Plan in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Lead the UNFI relationship to unlock mutual growth across the Once Upon a Farm and Whole Foods Market partnership.
- Manage merchandising activities, trade budgets, and promotional calendars to maximize ROI and program effectiveness.
- Analyze Nielsen syndicated data and WFM Vendor Central POS data to guide business decisions and forecast accuracy.
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation planning, product launches, and omnichannel growth strategies for Whole Foods on Amazon.
