Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, or business operations.
- Experience in a Fintech or SaaS company preferred.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce.
- Strong modeling skills in Excel.
- Experience with a leading BI/Dashboarding platform (e.g., Tableau).
- Familiarity with GTM systems such as ZoomInfo, Gong, and Calendly.
- Strategic thinking with an outcomes-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge Finance rigor and GTM clarity.
Responsibilities
- Drive core operating rhythms, including weekly forecasting, pipeline reviews, and monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Refine data models and processes to improve forecasting accuracy and predictability.
- Enforce stage definitions, rules of engagement, and data standards in Salesforce.
- Build and maintain strategic dashboards and KPI scorecards for Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing leadership.
- Partner with Finance and Marketing on bookings plan modeling, target setting, and capacity modeling.
- Support quota allocation and compensation planning and analysis.
- Select, integrate, and optimize the sales tech stack, including AI-powered platforms.
- Deliver insights for executive presentations and board reports.
