Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on infrastructure technology experience in data center operations, low voltage systems, critical facilities, or building automation.
- 3+ years of experience working with or supporting data centers, critical facilities, or HVAC-adjacent environments.
- 2+ years of product ownership, curriculum development, technical training, or workforce development experience.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into structured learning objectives, competency maps, and hands-on labs.
- Experience managing a product backlog, writing clear requirements, and aligning stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication skills to synthesize technical complexity into clear tradeoffs and measurable outcomes.
- Experience with OSHA, EPA 608, or NFPA-related safety practices is preferred.
- Familiarity with DCIM platforms, Critical Monitoring Systems, and building systems is preferred.
- Ability to provide a technical portfolio demonstrating real-world facilities workflows, monitoring scenarios, or lab designs.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the multi-year curriculum product roadmap for Infrastructure Technology with clear prioritization criteria.
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, including discovery, evaluation, build decisions, and performance improvement.
- Translate infrastructure technology requirements into learning objectives, hands-on labs, and measurable performance assessments.
- Serve as a lead consultant for stakeholders, including employers, donors, and government partners, to shape curriculum strategy.
- Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Delivery, and Operations to ensure high-quality instructional output.
- Define and track curriculum product KPIs to drive roadmap decisions and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate product offerings with infrastructure learning environments like LMS and DCIM platforms.
