Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field; or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in revenue growth management (RGM) from a global consumer packaged goods (CPG) company.
- Experience in one or more of the following: Trade Promotions, Pricing, Assortment, or Supply Planning.
- Proven experience managing client-vendor relationships within a software technology environment, preferably involving AI.
- Prior management experience leading a cross-functional team and working closely with clients.
- Knowledge of visualization packages for analyzing large datasets (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for business and technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data into actionable insights.
- Strong documentation skills including use cases, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, state charts, data dictionaries, and class or entity relationship diagrams.
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of Enterra’s business solutions by overseeing end-to-end project management and ensuring successful implementation for clients.
- Analyze and partner with clients to transform business processes through the integration and activation of Enterra’s business solutions.
- Provide input to the technological development of Enterra’s solution offerings.
- Educate client stakeholders at all levels on the Enterra platform, tailored business solutions, and insights specific to their organization.
- Assist the multi-faceted team with combining machine learning, artificial intelligence (ontologies, inference engines and rules) and natural language processing.
- Assist with the delivery of the Enterra holistic vision to scale and enable business process transformations.
