Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a senior commercial individual contributor.
- Deep knowledge of the DACH programmatic advertising ecosystem.
- Strong network across agencies, holdcos, brands, DSPs, and strategic partners.
- Proven track record of revenue ownership and opening senior relationships.
- Experience building sales pipelines and converting strategic opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and build a market from an early-stage position.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Strong commercial discipline and ability to forecast revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own revenue growth across agencies, holdcos, and brands in the DACH market.
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline across PMP, curation, SPO, CTV, and data-led activation.
- Convert senior relationships into commercial outcomes using strategic account planning and consultative selling.
- Establish the regional Buyer Development presence and map priority buyers, agencies, and decision-makers.
- Build foundations for a future regional team including market feedback loops and account prioritization.
- Collaborate with internal Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to scale DACH opportunities.
- Represent OpenX as a senior industry voice through client education, events, and thought leadership.
