Job Details

Extensive experience in workforce or capacity planning, including demand forecasting for distributed or contract workforces.
Proven track record of managing complex operational programs with direct accountability for revenue and gross margin outcomes.
Strong analytical fluency with experience investigating operational data to identify root causes and performance trends.
Deep business and financial acumen, with the ability to translate operational decisions into unit economics.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct reporting authority.
Experience transforming unstructured, one-off tasks into documented, repeatable operational systems.
Active use of AI as a tool for analysis, automation, and process improvement.
Hands-on approach to problem-solving, including building dashboards and testing internal processes.
Strong executive communication skills to present findings and tradeoffs clearly.

Own workforce management including clinician capacity planning, retention, utilization, and credentialing throughput.
Translate workforce performance into cost and gross margin impact, making tradeoffs visible.
Investigate operational and financial performance, identifying trends, root causes, and actionable improvements.
Partner with Clinical, Recruiting, Finance, Product, and GTM teams to align operational priorities with program goals.
Optimize clinical review operations, workflows, and SLAs in partnership with Clinical leadership.
Implement automated and repeatable systems to improve access, cost efficiency, and scalability.
