Requirements
- 10+ years in partner operations, channel operations, alliances, or revenue operations with direct partner scope.
- Minimum five years leading a team.
- Direct hyperscaler experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) from the operational side.
- Demonstrated ability to build SI and services partner capability and measurement frameworks.
- Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce partner data model and PRM platforms like Impartner or Allbound.
- SQL fluency for building partner performance analytics.
- Expertise in partner economics including margin, referral fees, rebates, and MDF.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models.
- Ability to collaborate with Legal and Finance on agreements, margin structures, and revenue recognition.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the annual partner program refresh, including tiering, benefits, requirements, and MDF budget management.
- Manage operational relationships with hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure), ensuring program compliance and maximizing funding opportunities.
- Define and report on partner metrics, including pipeline contribution and certified delivery capacity for sales and finance stakeholders.
- Architect the partner data model in Salesforce and manage PRM system requirements and deal registration logic.
- Lead the onboarding and activation framework for partners to drive productivity and channel growth.
- Oversee partner enablement strategies, including certification paths, competency requirements, and content library development.
