Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR, People, or Talent experience.
- 4+ years as a People Partner or HR Business Partner in a SaaS, technology, or complex environment.
- Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Engineering organizations.
- Experience advising VP-level or more senior leaders.
- Broad expertise in organizational design, performance/talent management, change management, and employee relations.
- Track record of owning major cross-functional or company-wide People programs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business data into actionable People strategies.
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguity and influence senior leaders.
- Experience leveraging HR systems, tools, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor and coach to senior leaders and managers, aligning People strategy with business priorities.
- Lead the talent agenda for Product, Design, and Engineering groups, focusing on organizational design, performance, and succession planning.
- Design and own company-wide People programs from concept through measurement and iteration.
- Leverage people data, HR systems, and AI-enabled solutions to improve decision-making and simplify internal processes.
- Guide leadership and teams through organizational change, managing communication strategies and engagement.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, providing strategic counsel and resolving issues with sound judgment.
- Strengthen the People Partner function by sharing expertise and improving consistency across the organization.
