Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience.
- Significant experience as an HRBP supporting technical organizations (Software, AI/ML, Engineering, Product).
- Experience partnering with senior and executive leaders in high-growth, complex technology environments.
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Strong change management experience in scaling organizations.
- Proven ability to coach senior leaders through complex interpersonal and team conflicts.
- Ability to travel 10-20%.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Psychology, Business) preferred.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought partner and advisor to senior leaders across Software, AI/ML, Innovation, and Product Management.
- Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to scale the organization.
- Coach leaders through complex performance, talent, and employee relations matters.
- Lead talent planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives to strengthen capabilities.
- Develop and execute change strategies to support organizational transformation and business growth.
- Contribute to the implementation of People strategies, policies, and scalable programs.
