- Experience supporting third line leader level.
- Experience supporting Pre-sales revenue teams.
- Experience working on a variety of HR functions.
- Experience coaching and mentoring people leaders.
- Experience working on various HR programs/projects.
- Experience and comfort managing performance and employee relations issues to resolution.
- Experience in a growing, global software development environment.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
- Ability to analyze data and propose methods for continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving and changing environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice, counsel and consultative solutions to executives on people management aspects of their business.
- Collaborate and consult on the design and delivery of HR programs.
- Lead talent management and development plans for the revenue team.
- Direct, develop and drive a global workforce plan and human capital strategies.
- Develop and monitor regular and ad-hoc reports to ensure HR metrics are quantified and outcome driven.
- Guide and coach managers on managing and resolving complex HR issues.
- Partner with revenue team members to communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and compliance.
- Drive employee relations issues to resolution, including conducting investigations.
