Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive sales experience at the end-user account or partner level, preferably within a complex technology or B2B environment.
- Demonstrated experience selling through or working directly with partners, including distributors, resellers, systems integrators, ISVs, or managed service providers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver profitable growth and sustainable revenue performance.
- Demonstrated sales acumen, including opportunity identification, consultative selling, solution development, and closing.
- Strong account-management skills, including the ability to develop strategic business plans.
- Broad knowledge of technology portfolios and ability to position products against competitors.
- Solid financial acumen, including familiarity with revenue projections and business performance metrics.
- Experience with sales forecasting, quota management, and pipeline analysis.
- Strong negotiation, conflict-management, and influencing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with executive-engagement capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to partners, helping them identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and growth priorities.
- Develop and execute joint business plans that drive revenue, profitability, pipeline growth, and long-term partner value.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities through partner ecosystems, including selling with, selling to, and selling through partners.
- Build executive-level relationships with value-added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, independent software vendors, and managed service providers.
- Coordinate sales cadence, education, marketing initiatives, executive briefings, forecasting, and business planning with partners.
- Lead account mapping activities to identify opportunities and improve pipeline and revenue performance.
- Implement partner programs and sales strategies that accelerate financial results.
- Use CRM systems and reporting tools to forecast performance and close pipeline gaps.
