Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or law degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of HR management experience, ideally within a high-growth, fast-paced operational environment.
  • Proven experience serving as an HR Business Partner to senior leaders.
  • Expertise in federal, state, and local employment laws and HR policies.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives, organizational design, and HR service delivery improvements.
  • Strong employee relations capabilities including coaching, conflict resolution, and complex case management.
  • Ability to develop proactive strategies for employee engagement, retention, and leadership development.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to use data to inform organizational performance.
  • Proficiency with HR information systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Build trusted relationships with business and functional leaders as the primary HR advisor.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce trends, staffing plans, and people strategies.
  • Coach leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, and complex workplace matters.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards teams to support business performance and retention.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development.
  • Drive organizational change and help strengthen workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Use HR data and business insights to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
