Requirements
- 7+ years of HR business partner experience supporting executive and senior leaders.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-growth scale-up or major organizational transformation.
- Experience building employee relations standards, policy, or frameworks from scratch across multiple business units.
- Mix of high-growth commercial/tech experience and international/mission-driven work experience.
- Experience advising on disciplinary and capability decisions, including dismissals, in multiple jurisdictions.
- Proven track record of influencing without formal authority in a matrixed organization.
- Strong judgment in holding unpopular positions and building credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with specific timezone overlap requirements.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to Global Shared Services leaders on team structure, talent, and workforce planning.
- Lead org design, role definition, and succession planning for global functions.
- Partner with leaders on performance, compensation, and calibration decisions.
- Coach senior leaders on leadership development and organizational change management.
- Define, communicate, and standardize behavior and performance frameworks across the organization.
- Audit country-level handling of employee cases and develop global standards for intake, escalation, and documentation.
- Collaborate with Legal to establish an employment decision framework and delegated authority matrix.
- Design and deliver training/enablement for managers and HR teams on behavior and performance standards.
