Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technical roles with a track record of shipping production software.
- Proven experience building production AI-powered solutions, including prompt engineering, agent development, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong full-stack programming skills with an understanding of enterprise systems architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to think like a founder with a 0-to-1 build track record in ambiguous environments.
- Strong business acumen to diagnose customer problems and connect them to product hypotheses.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor technical depth for C-suite interactions.
- Proven builder's judgment to balance scope and feasibility for production environments.
- Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.
- Strong curiosity, scrappiness, and ability to work independently.
- Experience as a founder, at a top-tier technology company, or in a forward deployed engineering role is a plus.
- Technical degree in CS, engineering, math, or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Discover and build 0-to-1 product surfaces by identifying platform extensions to solve unique business problems.
- Conduct deep opportunity discovery to understand structural business challenges and determine buildable paths forward.
- Act as a technical partner to customer C-suite executives, explaining product architecture, value, and potential risks.
- Collaborate with core R&D teams to refine and scale successful product iterations for the broader customer base.
- Test hypotheses directly with stakeholders and pressure-test solutions for real-world impact.
