Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management or solution architect roles.
- Hands-on experience with agentic design, prompt engineering, and architecture.
- Strong coding proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Deep understanding of emerging LLM technologies (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA).
- Proven ability to collaborate across all levels and influence cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues independently.
- High level of autonomy in rapidly changing environments.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed (estimated 25-50%).
- Experience with conversation modeling techniques (state machines, decision trees, graph-based flows).
Responsibilities
- Develop client-specific AI Operational Assistant workflows to drive rapid operational impact.
- Design, execute, and optimize bespoke AI use cases at client sites.
- Build advanced conversational systems using LLMs and agentic frameworks.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs and CRMs.
- Tune AI agents using real user data, monitor performance, and manage troubleshooting.
- Execute unit, regression, and A/B testing to ensure conversational performance.
- Partner with AI Solution Consultants and Qventus architects to define product requirements.
- Mentor and support cross-functional teammates within the forward-deployed client team.
