Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Go or JavaScript (ideally both).
- Hands-on experience building or contributing to applications with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Deep understanding of managing AI-powered projects, including agent design, context, and memory.
- Experience working with APIs and MCPs of company platforms like Jira, Github, or Salesforce.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex engineering concepts into business-friendly language.
- Proven track record of analyzing business operations and formulating technical requirements.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to work autonomously in non-technical environments.
- Familiarity with standard engineering practices such as version control and testing.
Responsibilities
- Discover and build automation, custom scripts, and API integrations by shadowing domain experts.
- Define metrics, track adoption, and prioritize projects based on feasibility, risk, and ROI.
- Design, build, evaluate, and operate AI workflows with guardrails, observability, and feedback loops.
- Serve as the resident AI expert to help non-technical teams leverage existing AI features in their SaaS stack.
- Mentor peers, create documentation, and demo AI capabilities to elevate internal AI literacy.
- Optimize AI performance, prompt usage, and operational costs to ensure scalability.
- Promote safe, responsible, and secure AI usage across departments.
