Bachelor's degree in business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of extensive experience in program and project management with a focus on cross-functional collaboration.
Demonstrated experience in implementing project management software.
Familiarity with Electronic Health Record platforms such as Epic, Aura, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at an executive level.
Significant practical experience in project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, and communication planning.
Proven ability to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope.
Proven accomplishment as a driver of multiple projects running concurrently.
Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively across a distributed workforce.
Exhibit good judgment on when to seek guidance and escalate risks.

Oversee the entire program lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Act as the primary liaison across internal and external teams to align stakeholders toward common goals.
Develop program strategies and define roadmaps with clear milestones in collaboration with senior leadership.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure seamless program progress.
Coordinate resource allocation across projects to maximize efficiency.
Keep relevant stakeholders informed of program progress, changes, and risks through regular updates.
Drive process improvements across program operations and apply best practices.
