Bring 8–10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations for insurance or financial services organizations.
Demonstrate success leading complex software implementation programs with cross-functional teams and multiple vendors.
Understand Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations and the technology solutions that support them.
Balance direct client delivery ownership with team leadership, coaching, and mentoring in a player-coach model.
Have experience managing project delivery in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
Bring knowledge of delivery governance, risk management, financial oversight, resource planning, and operational execution.
Have hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, NetSuite, and modern project delivery tools.
Have practical experience applying AI to implementation delivery, including improving execution, quality, reporting, or productivity.
Be able to work with executive stakeholders, client steering committees, and day-to-day delivery teams.
Be willing to travel occasionally within the United States and Canada.

Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of active SaaS implementation programs, meeting scope, timeline, quality, margin, and go-live commitments.
Personally lead at least one major customer implementation while coaching project managers and business analysts across other engagements.
Oversee project management activities and reinforce accountability, delivery discipline, and consistent execution practices.
Monitor delivery plans, estimates, risks, dependencies, financial performance, and stakeholder alignment, intervening when projects deviate.
Manage forecasting, margin performance, staffing alignment, resource utilization, and delivery transparency.
Coordinate execution across Development Leads, Architects, Product Owners, Quality Assurance teams, and other stakeholders.
Drive practical AI adoption in planning, execution, reporting, quality improvement, knowledge reuse, and delivery acceleration.
Partner with the PMO and business leadership to improve delivery standards, governance frameworks, templates, and operational consistency.
Engage client stakeholders and steering committees to align implementation outcomes with business priorities and measurable value.
