Responsibilities

- Coordinate dependencies across Engineering, Product, forward-deployed engineers, and Customer Success; resolve blockers and communicate progress, risks, and decisions.
- Partner with engineering and quality stakeholders to align test coverage, validation evidence, and exception handling.
- Work with the release owner to incorporate readiness into release planning and decision-making.
- Build repeatable workflows that surface quality and validation needs earlier, prevent recurring issues, and reduce coordination overhead.
- Define and improve measures of readiness, delivery predictability, and manual effort.
- Partner with engineers to build and adopt AI and automation workflows for evidence preparation, readiness checks, and reporting, with checks on accuracy and reliability.
- Provide backup release-manager coverage by coordinating release activities, tracking dependencies, and communicating status.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives across Engineering and Security when needed.
