Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally with experience shipping complex, high-quality features for a SaaS product.
- Proven portfolio of craft, demonstrating high-quality interaction and visual design.
- Strong interaction design and visual design skills, including work across desktop, mobile, and emerging AI-driven surfaces.
- Ability to balance speed and detail.
- Experience working end-to-end, from big-picture systems thinking down to interaction details.
- Experience building prototypes to communicate ideas.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous problems.
- Familiarity with accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
- Excitement for using AI in design workflows and designing agentic experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own design end-to-end for high-impact product areas, from early concept through shipped, polished execution.
- Apply strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture fundamentals to solve real problems for contractors.
- Help define new interaction patterns for agentic and AI-powered experiences.
- Sketch, prototype, and test ideas at different levels of fidelity to validate decisions quickly.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to align on goals, move fast, and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Communicate design decisions clearly, invite feedback, and participate in critique.
- Contribute to the design system to keep it consistent, scalable, and useful.
