Job Details

5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally with experience shipping complex, high-quality features for a SaaS product.
Proven portfolio of craft, demonstrating high-quality interaction and visual design.
Strong interaction design and visual design skills, including work across desktop, mobile, and emerging AI-driven surfaces.
Ability to balance speed and detail.
Experience working end-to-end, from big-picture systems thinking down to interaction details.
Experience building prototypes to communicate ideas.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous problems.
Familiarity with accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
Excitement for using AI in design workflows and designing agentic experiences.

Own design end-to-end for high-impact product areas, from early concept through shipped, polished execution.
Apply strong interaction design, visual design, and information architecture fundamentals to solve real problems for contractors.
Help define new interaction patterns for agentic and AI-powered experiences.
Sketch, prototype, and test ideas at different levels of fidelity to validate decisions quickly.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to align on goals, move fast, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Communicate design decisions clearly, invite feedback, and participate in critique.
Contribute to the design system to keep it consistent, scalable, and useful.
