Customer Experience Associate

Represent the Ollie brand voice to current and prospective customers.
Deliver customer experiences that help build long-term relationships with customers and their pets.
Manage customer relationships through email, phone, the order management system, and other channels.
Accurately track and monitor customer feedback and interactions.
Help drive initiatives to create a genuinely kind customer experience.
