Job Details

8+ years of experience in UX or product design.
Expertise across multiple design disciplines with a strong opinion on craft.
Track record of leading broad, cross-cutting work from definition through delivery with significant autonomy.
Proficiency in using research tools such as Pendo and Dovetail to inform design decisions and prove business value.
Strong prioritization judgment and the ability to drive alignment across stakeholder groups.
Deep design system fluency and high documentation standards.
AI fluency and comfort using tools such as Claude, Claude Code, Figma, and Cursor.
Ability to build reusable workflows and skills that improve team efficiency.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to influence Product and Engineering partners.
Customer-obsessed mindset grounded in empirical evidence.

Own a product area end to end with minimal direction, framing loosely defined problems and delivering grounded, defensible work.
Ground every decision in evidence, measuring impact through tools like Pendo, Dovetail, and research to define success.
Own prioritization, synthesizing competing signals into a clear point of view that drives team alignment.
Set the standard for implementation-ready deliverables, maintaining documentation, specs, and logic traceably.
Explore multiple solutions, holding a high quality bar under pressure and improving domain experiences.
Implement AI skills, agentic flows, and reusable workflows to accelerate research, validation, and design handoffs.
Establish collaboration forums and decision structures to influence initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Research.
Mentor designers at all levels and keep project status, decisions, and risks updated in tools like Linear.
