Requirements
- 6+ years of professional product design experience, ideally including growth, experimentation, subscription, or monetization work.
- Demonstrated experience shipping and iterating on A/B or multivariate experiments.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and define testable problems and hypotheses.
- Proactive approach to generating and championing experiment concepts.
- Strong strategic and collaborative skills with the ability to partner with Engineering, Product, and Data Science.
- Excellent organizational habits with well-structured Figma files and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Familiarity with experimentation and analytics platforms such as Statsig, Optimizely, or Amplitude.
- Strong visual design skills combined with hands-on animation capabilities.
- Comfort using AI tools for design, research, analysis, and prototyping.
- Portfolio demonstrating experimentation expertise, problem framing, and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute a high volume of experiments across subscription and monetization journeys, including trial conversion, pricing, and churn prevention.
- Transform loosely defined briefs into well-scoped, testable hypotheses using research, analytics, and customer insights.
- Lead experiments while partnering strategically with Product Managers on new concepts.
- Collaborate with Data Science to establish success metrics and translate findings into actionable next steps.
- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the full lifecycle, from prototyping to launch and analysis.
- Present findings and design rationale clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
- Maintain organized, traceable design work and well-documented experiment history in Figma.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate design, research, prototyping, and experimentation workflows.
