Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer products, with a history of owning major features end-to-end.
- Portfolio showcasing top-tier interaction design, high visual craft (type, spacing, color, hierarchy), and thoughtful motion.
- Drive to build and ship front-end code rather than perfecting mockups in Figma.
- Active curiosity for AI.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-agency, remote-first environment with minimal top-down direction.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work during Eastern Time Zone regular business hours.
- Flexible to attend remote meetings during the evening when required.
Responsibilities
- Frame problems, design flows, and resolve states and edge cases to take features from rough concept to shipped experiences.
- Design the visual craft, UI transitions, state changes, loading states, gestures, and celebration moments across core mechanics.
- Make crisp calls on feature scope and sequencing, balancing big-picture strategy with pixel-level execution.
- Champion the user experience and maintain an exceptionally high bar for product quality, polish, and emotional resonance.
