Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience designing consumer-facing digital products across web and mobile.
  • Demonstrable expertise in visual, interaction, and product design via a strong portfolio.
  • Experience with 0→1 design projects.
  • Deep expertise in motion, micro-interactions, prototyping, and product behavior.
  • Strong conceptual thinking to turn ambiguity into defined product experiences.
  • Experience designing complex customer journeys balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously from early concepts to polished execution.
  • Fluency with AI-enabled tools and workflows for exploration and prototyping.
  • Experience in growth, subscriptions, marketplaces, or commerce is preferred.
  • Strong prototyping or motion skills using Figma, Framer, or ProtoPie are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-impact growth initiatives across partnerships, incentives, and lifecycle experiences from definition to launch.
  • Reimagine key customer journey moments including discovery, conversion, reactivation, and retention.
  • Combine product thinking, brand, content, and business strategy to create cohesive end-to-end experiences.
  • Prototype new content models, flows, and interaction patterns to improve customer and business outcomes.
  • Design complex, multi-step journeys across multiple surfaces while ensuring design continuity.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Content Design, Research, Brand, and Data Science teams.
  • Utilize customer insights and experimentation metrics to evaluate trade-offs and drive product decisions.
  • Define scalable interaction patterns and design models to improve consistency across growth experiences.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate design exploration and tangible prototyping.
