Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare implementation or operations.
- Hands-on practice or healthcare operations experience managing complex, large-scale projects.
- Degree in business, project management, healthcare, public health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience implementing or optimizing billing and revenue cycle workflows.
- Working knowledge of payer reimbursement policy, procedure coding (e.g., HCPCS/CPT), and appeals processes.
- Experience coordinating with health system IT, revenue cycle, and compliance teams.
- Strong understanding and application of implementation science principles.
- Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Former or current licensed healthcare or behavioral health provider experience is preferred (e.g., LCSW, LPC, Psychologist, PNP, PA, MD).
- Experience in training healthcare providers on digital health or medical devices is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute implementation strategies for health systems and provider groups.
- Oversee end-to-end implementation processes from sales partnership through launch and stabilization.
- Design practical workflows with providers for prescribing, ordering, patient communication, and billing.
- Facilitate training sessions for providers and practice staff on digital treatment workflows.
- Monitor provider partnerships using data to define and measure growth and success.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with IT, clinical, and product teams to mitigate risks.
- Standardize processes and synthesize client learnings to improve go-to-market and implementation efficiency.
