Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related field.
- Proven experience in training, learning & development, and change management.
- Demonstrated AI fluency with hands-on experience using generative AI platforms.
- Working knowledge of prompt engineering and ability to develop AI usage guidelines.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Wealth management or financial services experience is a plus.
- MBA or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain a strategic learning curriculum for Wealth Management advisors and client service staff.
- Build and curate an AI content library covering generative AI tools, workflow automation, and advisor use cases.
- Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing learning for new hires, acquisition employees, and existing staff.
- Develop and deliver AI literacy and tool adoption training with established compliance guardrails.
- Partner with Technology, Product, and Compliance to evaluate, pilot, and govern technology solutions.
- Lead business process improvement efforts and champion AI thought leadership across Wealth Management.
- Partner with M&A leadership to design and deliver training for acquired teams to ensure alignment with company platforms and culture.
