Requirements
- 2–4 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, GTM/Business Strategy, market/competitive research, or consulting.
- Proven ability to derive defensible recommendations from raw data and external research.
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (preferred).
- Expertise in using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
- Familiarity with 'vibe coding' concepts, including prompting and using tools like Claude Code or Cursor to build internal automations.
- Ability to work effectively across time zones.
- Strong CRM management experience.
- Analytical depth in forecasting and pipeline management.
Responsibilities
- Build an outside-in view of the North American market to inform regional leadership strategy.
- Own pipeline and forecast analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Wire LLMs and low-code tools into sales workflows to eliminate manual tasks.
- Manage and calculate accurate, timely sales commission plans.
- Maintain CRM data integrity as a reliable source of truth for both humans and AI.
- Bridge communication and alignment between North America leadership and global headquarters.
