Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-7+ years of experience within a CPG/consumer products brand.
- Proven experience supporting Sales Teams and major retailers like Costco, Target, or Ulta.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote, entrepreneurial environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Passion for health, wellness, and nutrition, with an understanding of the evolving consumer landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the strategic sales plan and budget to expand the AG1 footprint within retail partners across the US.
- Create dashboarding which brings together external and internal data to enable KPI financial tracking and enhances performance visibility.
- Perform financial analysis on new business opportunities, assess competitive dynamics, and proactively address challenges to drive growth.
- Execute post-event analysis of retail marketing programs to ensure brand consistency and alignment with objectives.
- Partner with Sales and NPD on product launches, seasonal promotions, and financial analysis for product assortment.
- Manage the order-to-cash process, including acting as an AR liaison and ensuring timely invoicing.
- Monitor customer fines, fees, deductions, and allowances to minimize financial impact.
- Collaborate in the S&OP process to improve forecasting and demand visibility.
