Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong expertise in ITSM, Service Portal, Integrations, and ITOM modules including Discovery, CMDB, and HAM.
- Ability to customize ServiceNow applications using scripting, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
- Proficiency in REST and SOAP integrations and MID Server management.
- Proven experience with Agile development practices, including sprint participation and backlog grooming.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
- Experience with additional modules like HRSD or GRC is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into actionable user stories and tasks for the development team.
- Customize and configure core ServiceNow applications including ITSM, Service Portal, and ITOM modules.
- Conduct workshops and demos for stakeholders and end users.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Lead in crafting, enhancing, and delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Capture and convert client needs into clear development activities.
- Perform integration work and build custom Service Portals, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server integrations.
- Perform ongoing Discovery and CMDB maintenance.
- Develop, review, and optimize scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers in cross-functional teams.
