Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
- Experience in legal tech, enterprise legal management (ELM), or corporate legal departments is a major plus.
- Exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills with enterprise clients.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive-level communication.
- Deep analytical skills with attention to detail for identifying edge cases.
- Hands-on experience with Jira.
- Proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and Claude Code is a major plus.
Responsibilities
- Establish and evolve the long-term product vision and roadmap for ELM Practice Management solutions.
- Partner with engineering and UX designers to facilitate and progress product development cycles.
- Build and scale critical product features including Legal Service Requests, RFP tools, and matter management systems.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to align go-to-market strategies.
- Author detailed Business Requirements Documents and Jira tickets with precise acceptance criteria.
- Represent the product as a subject matter expert in client meetings, pitches, and demos.
