Job Details

8-10 years of product management experience in consulting, analytics, data product management, or EHR integrations
Strong, structured problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex datasets and systems
Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools
Ability to understand technical architectures and data pipelines
Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
Proactive and adaptable mindset with ownership of ambiguous problems
Deep experience with healthcare data (claims, clinical, EHR, or similar)
Experience with EHR integrations (Epic, Athena, Cerner, etc.)
Customer-facing experience

Own the roadmap and day-to-day product management for EHR and Data Engineering pods, including leading and participating in agile ceremonies
Lead all new product development for the portfolio of EHR integrations (Epic, Athena, Cerner, Vim, etc.) and data ingestion capabilities
Manage relationships with EHR and other integration vendors
Develop deep expertise in data and industry standards, translating analytical insight into scalable product and operational solutions
Define requirements, workflows, and data specifications that drive successful implementations
Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, diagnose issues, and validate outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability
Develop data-spec templates and standards for data ingestion, triage and solve data-quality issues, and support data-quality KPIs
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams to build documentation, frameworks, and repeatable processes
Coordinate stakeholders, manage timelines, and drive projects from problem definition through execution
Investigate and diagnose issues related to EHR integrations and data ingestion
