Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management, technology, data products, platform strategy, or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated success defining and executing enterprise-level product or business strategies with measurable impact.
- Proven experience leading large, complex product or technology organizations through multiple layers of leadership.
- Track record of leading enterprise transformation initiatives requiring cross-functional alignment.
- Deep expertise in data products, APIs, interoperability, marketplace strategies, and AI-enabled products.
- Strong strategic, financial, and operational acumen, including ownership of portfolio-level investment decisions and business cases.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and represent strategy to external stakeholders.
- Experience leading marketplace, ecosystem, or data monetization strategies is highly preferred.
- Experience within healthcare technology, post-acute care, payer, or provider industries is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead PointClickCare’s enterprise Data Products strategy, including establishing a multi-year vision for Data as a Product.
- Identify, evaluate, and champion new business models and growth opportunities enabled by data assets, network scale, and ecosystem partnerships.
- Serve as the executive sponsor for customer-facing data strategy, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, AI, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Own the roadmap, performance, and long-term success of the data products portfolio, including APIs, interoperability, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Lead, develop, and scale a high-performing product leadership organization through senior leaders.
- Represent PointClickCare’s data strategy with executive stakeholders, customers, and industry analysts.
