Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-6 years of related professional experience.
- Hands-on experience with Appian.
- Understanding of SQL.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and documentation.
- Experience facilitating meetings and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Ability to work in a SAFe Agile environment.
- Ability to provide own reliable, high-speed internet access.
- Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred.
- Domain knowledge in healthcare or pharmacy benefits preferred.
Responsibilities
- Gather and define detailed business and technical requirements with stakeholders.
- Create user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Refine and maintain the product backlog in Jira.
- Facilitate and participate in Agile ceremonies and backlog refinement sessions.
- Bridge communication between business users and technical delivery teams.
- Support testing and validation through user acceptance testing and production issue resolution.
