Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, GIS, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, technology consulting, or enterprise application implementation.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, and system integrations.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, and operational challenges.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and process-mapping activities.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
- Lead and support the implementation and configuration of enterprise software platforms.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and conduct end-user training sessions.
