Requirements
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in sales operations, financial analysis, or business analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, data analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience establishing and reporting managed services or subscription metrics (NRR, GRR, churn, logo retention).
- Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, VBA, or comparable automation methods).
- Working proficiency with SQL.
- Working proficiency with Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, or another enterprise CRM.
- Demonstrated ability to build repeatable dashboards and exception reports.
- Proven experience analyzing complex cost-to-serve, revenue, margin, and scenario models.
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience translating financial and sales data into concise presentations for senior leaders.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements, define metrics, map processes, and translate business needs into reporting solutions.
- Present performance trends, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Evaluate pricing, costs, margins, contract value, licensing, and deal profitability.
- Analyze end-to-end services performance to identify handoff gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Build capacity models to align skills and labor supply with backlog and demand forecasts.
- Develop reporting for NRR, GRR, churn, logo retention, and FinOps metrics.
- Forecast bookings, backlog, revenue, and margin.
- Create executive dashboards and automate reporting using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Improve data quality and forecast integrity within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
