Requirements
- Have 8-10+ years of IT experience.
- Have at least 4 years of experience in the US Retirement domain.
- Have strong knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), 457, and other plan types.
- Have hands-on expertise in at least 2-3 of the following areas: recordkeeping systems, plan onboarding and payroll integration, plan documents and legal/service provisions, or digital experience platforms.
- Be proficient in SQL, data analysis, and integration concepts.
- Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Work with recordkeeping platforms such as Omni, Relius, FRP, and TRAC.
- Support plan onboarding, including data mapping and payroll integration.
- Interpret plan documents, legal provisions, and service provisions for system configuration.
- Contribute to Sponsor, Participant, and Advisor digital experiences.
- Perform impact analysis and support UAT.
- Collaborate across business, operations, and IT teams.
