Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of technical experience in data analysis, BI, or systems analysis (or Master's plus 3+ years).
- Advanced hands-on experience with T-SQL, PL/SQL, TOAD, Azure, Microsoft Power Platform, Snowflake, and Databricks.
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex querying and data integration.
- Experience with API integration, data mining, and developing data visualizations.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications and Agile user stories.
- Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines with high attention to detail.
- Dedicated, interruption-free home workspace with at least 25 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload internet speed.
- Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is preferred.
- Azure Data Fundamentals or Snowflake SNOWPRO certification is preferred.
- Experience with SDLC and healthcare data is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, integrate, manipulate, and visualize complex datasets using SQL, cloud, and business intelligence tools.
- Develop long-term data solutions in collaboration with IT using platforms such as Snowflake and Azure.
- Elicit, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements into project plans and Agile user stories.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across operations and sales to coordinate initiatives.
- Document end-to-end data processes, including business rules and source-to-target mappings.
- Maintain data quality standards and perform root-cause analysis for complex systems issues.
- Support production deployments and system releases.
