Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
- 5–6 years of experience in end-to-end business analysis, operations, or data analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of systems coordination and management information requirements.
- Strong understanding of business operations and requirements processes.
- Proven ability to facilitate collaboration and align stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business intelligence platforms like Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or Google Analytics.
- Experience with SQL, Python, and R.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Predictive analytics experience is preferred.
- Experience with prescriptive analytics is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of complex business functions.
- Support the development of business goals and objectives by leveraging data.
- Conduct end-to-end business analysis including requirements gathering and operational planning.
- Produce reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support management decisions.
- Review reporting and measurement controls to strengthen accuracy and governance.
- Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to establish a common understanding of requirements.
- Contribute to policies, standards, and risk management practices.
