Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data, analytics, or reporting.
- 3+ years managing a data or analytics team.
- Experience developing people and building scalable processes.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience leading client discovery and explaining technical tradeoffs.
- Proven experience delivering data into client systems via recurring extracts or file formats.
- Experience with production data systems, data warehouses, and BI tools.
- Familiarity with Python or similar scripting.
- Experience with complex enterprise workflows (legal tech, finance, or legacy systems).
- Ability to investigate and resolve data reconciliation issues.
- Willingness to keep developing technical skills.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise reporting, including requirements gathering, content accuracy, and client delivery.
- Manage and develop the data team through goal setting, coaching, and feedback.
- Oversee client relationships to ensure success in data delivery and system reconciliation.
- Plan capacity and guide technical delivery, including reviewing SQL and data models.
- Build and maintain dependable data systems, pipelines, and BI tooling standards.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive business insights and data-informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Business Operations to evaluate and implement automation and low-code tooling.
