Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data, analytics, or reporting.
- 3+ years of experience managing a data or analytics team.
- Proven history of developing people and building scalable processes.
- Strong SQL proficiency and data-modeling knowledge.
- Experience with production data systems, data warehouses, and pipelines.
- Experience leading client discovery and explaining technical tradeoffs.
- Experience delivering data through recurring extracts or specific file formats.
- Familiarity with Python or similar scripting.
- Experience with complex enterprise workflows (e.g., legal tech, financial operations, legacy systems).
- Ability to investigate and resolve data reconciliation issues.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise reporting, translating client business needs into clear requirements while managing content, accuracy, and delivery.
- Manage the client relationship to ensure reporting success and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the data team through goal setting, coaching, and performance management.
- Guide technical delivery, plan capacity, and review data models and queries.
- Build dependable data systems, including pipelines, shared models, and BI tooling standards.
- Turn internal and client data into actionable business insights.
- Partner with Business Operations to improve automation and evaluate build-versus-buy tooling decisions.
