Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology environments.
- At least 5 years leading large engineering, delivery, or consulting teams.
- Previous experience in a technology consulting or services company (mandatory).
- Proven track record in account farming, client growth, and business development.
- Strong technical background in software engineering and web technologies.
- Experience with Cloud, AI, or Data platforms.
- Experience managing complex programs and international clients.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical and operational strategy for strategic client accounts, ensuring quality, business value, and successful delivery.
- Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, shaping innovative solutions, and expanding existing client relationships.
- Lead and coordinate teams of 30-60 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Ensure delivery excellence across projects involving Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies.
- Own the definition and presentation of proposals, acting as a key business and technical partner for clients.
- Build long-term client relationships based on trust, value creation, and strategic alignment.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and continuous improvement.
