Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Partner Operations, or Strategy & Operations.
- Direct experience in Partnerships within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience building an operating function from the ground up, including systems, processes, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of partner-led motions, including agencies, integrations, and channel programs.
- Ability to architect and manage partner lifecycle management, deal registration, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing funnel, pipeline, and cohort revenue data.
- Experience with systems architecture, specifically coordinating with teams managing tools like Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Crossbeam.
- Exceptional ability to lead cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Genuine fluency in leveraging AI tools for analysis, process documentation, and operational automation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reporting and cross-team requirements documentation.
Responsibilities
- Build the operating system for Partnerships, establishing processes, systems, data models, and governance.
- Architect end-to-end partner motions from acquisition and onboarding through revenue generation and renewal.
- Develop reporting infrastructure to provide visibility into partner-driven performance and attribution.
- Build mechanisms to turn partner data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Manage the partner systems roadmap, including requirements for Salesforce, PartnerStack, and Crossbeam.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives by translating ambiguous needs into structured requirements.
- Analyze data to identify friction and improve the economics and efficiency of partner motions.
