Requirements
- 2+ years of successful experience in online travel industry or hotel contracting role within the hospitality industry.
- Established network of hotel contacts and business leads.
- Demonstrated experience in market analysis and strategy development.
- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and agreements with accommodation partners.
- Familiarity with revenue management principals & strategies.
- Fluent in Turkish and proficient in English (other languages are a plus).
- Ability to work across a wide range of cultural contexts.
- Up to 30% of travel time may be required.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market analysis and research to identify potential opportunities for growth in designated destinations.
- Utilize extranet tools and negotiation skills to directly contract with hotels, ensuring favourable terms, rates, and inventory allocation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to maximise mutual benefits.
- Manage the entire contracting process, from initial negotiations to contract execution and renewal.
- Monitor the performance of contracted hotels, including occupancy rates, revenue generation, and client feedback.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and product teams.
- Spend approximately 30% of your working time on business trips, including meetings with clients and industry events.
