Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of BDRs (Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, or OSS strongly preferred).
- Proven experience with funnel management across multiple channels and focuses.
- Hands-on enablement experience in onboarding and learning & development.
- Experience using CRM platforms, lead generation software, and AI tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively recruit, hire, and train personnel.
- Proven success in thriving within a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Aptitude for identifying challenges and developing creative solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Must be located in the APJ region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of BDRs responsible for outbound opportunity generation.
- Hire and onboard new BDR team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize BDR team performance and increase productivity.
- Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs, providing hands-on coaching and regular feedback.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to refine messaging, lead generation, and outbound strategies.
- Align with Sales leadership on account coverage, target personas, and opportunity quality.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment.
