Requirements
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of BDRs.
- Strong background in Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, Infrastructure, or OSS is strongly preferred.
- Experience with funnel management across multiple channels.
- Hands-on enablement experience in onboarding and learning & development.
- Proficiency with sales and marketing tools, including CRM platforms, lead generation software, and AI tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to effectively recruit, hire, and train personnel.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
- Aptitude for identifying challenges and developing creative solutions to enhance team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of BDRs to drive outbound opportunity generation.
- Manage the end-to-end process of hiring and onboarding new BDRs.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize team performance and productivity.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and pipeline targets.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation, Marketing, and Sales leadership to refine messaging, lead generation tactics, and qualification processes.
- Provide hands-on coaching and ongoing feedback through recurring 1:1 meetings.
- Accurately forecast weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline attainment.
