Job Details

7+ years of industry professional software development experience and a track record of building impactful products or systems.
Skilled at writing logical and maintainable code and providing clear feedback in code reviews.
Owner’s mindset: self-starter who gets things across the finish line.
Strong influencer who motivates and empowers the team.
Technical proficiency to understand and contribute to the design and implementation of projects and ideas.
Excellent communication and effective prioritization skills.
Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting production systems, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Identify, define, and solve strategically essential technical problems, including architecting and building highly scalable foundational platforms, leading new product initiatives, and revamping existing core application experiences.
Implement and manage security controls to ensure compliance with SOX and other relevant regulations.
Mentor and lead other engineers at Lime, identifying and developing future leaders.
Support audits and due diligence processes related to infrastructure.
Advise Lime’s leadership team on key technology adoption and process improvements.
Contribute to shaping the overall engineering culture at the company.
Participate in the team's on-call rotation, responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to root cause analysis and service reliability improvements.
