Job Details

7+ years of experience in workplace, facilities, corporate real estate, or global office operations.
Experience building a workplace function or program from the ground up.
Experience supporting a globally distributed organization with multiple small offices across regions.
Strong vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
Experience managing a budget with a track record of operational efficiency.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with People, IT, Security, and Finance.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating autonomously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Cultural fluency to work effectively across regions, time zones, and languages.
Flexibility to travel to regional offices as needed.

Design and stand up ClickHouse's global workplace function from scratch, including policies, standards, playbooks, and operating processes.
Oversee day-to-day operations for small offices across multiple regions.
Develop a workplace strategy that reflects a remote-first culture while creating high-value in-person environments.
Lead site selection, buildout, and launch of new offices in partnership with Procurement, Finance, and Legal.
Own vendor relationships across regions including broker, landlord, facilities, and events management.
Partner with People, IT, Security, and Finance on space planning, onboarding, and headcount-driven capacity planning.
Manage the global workplace budget and identify opportunities to optimize cost.
Establish clear protocols for office-related issues and emergencies across regions and time zones.
