Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in high-end residential kitchen and bathroom remodeling.
- Proven experience managing U.S.-based projects from handoff through procurement, construction, and closeout.
- Strong proficiency in Buildertrend or similar U.S. construction management software.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills, including cost tracking, variance review, and project-level reporting.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Working knowledge of construction sequencing for cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing, and electrical trades.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule (minimum 50 hours/week) with substantial overlap during U.S. Eastern business hours.
- Technical requirements: Computer with 1.8 GHz processor/4GB RAM, USB noise-canceling headset, and reliable 25 Mbps cable internet with a 10 Mbps backup.
Responsibilities
- Audit sold proposals, designs, and client commitments for completeness and consistency.
- Develop baseline schedules, critical paths, and client-facing Gantt charts.
- Build installation-ready Scopes of Work in Buildertrend.
- Track material orders, lead times, and deliveries to ensure site readiness.
- Manage 10–20 active projects through daily review of logs, schedules, and site conditions.
- Maintain project cost analysis and manage variances, change orders, and installer invoices.
- Drive punch-list completion, final documentation, and project closeout milestones.
- Capture lessons learned and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time.
